Step One – Connect

Once you’ve been in touch to tell us a bit about your business and what you’re looking for, we’ll schedule a time to discuss your project in detail – in person, over the phone, or via FaceTime. Whatever works best for you.

Step Two – Deposit & Contract

A proposal is created for your project.  If you like the proposal and decide to work with us, we’ll send you a simple, plain language contract.

You will also receive an invoice for the deposit at this time. The deposit guarantees your spot on our production calendar and is required before any work can begin on your project.

Step Three – Homework

It’s time to get organized: site structure, page content, design choices – we work collaboratively with you and support your ideas every step of the way. Our worksheets and checklists take the guesswork out of the process so that you feel confident and happy about our collaboration from start to finish.

Step Four – Design & Development

You relax while we do our magic.  All of your input is organized and added together with our expertise to create something that you love.

Step Five – Launch!

We test all the things. Cross-browser implementation – check. Cross-device responsive design – check. Links are functional, menus work, images are sharp – check, check, check. All systems are go.  Once you have approved the development website, final payment is due. Once payment is completed, we provide you with documentation for your website, a copy of all of your files and assets, and then… the moment you’ve been anticipating.  Your gorgeous new website is live!
